The International Congress of Basic Science will be held in Beijing from July 13 to July 25, 2025. Once again, this annual event will bring together leading experts from all around to celebrate basic sciences – Mathematics, Physics and Information Science and Engineering.

The opening and award ceremonies will be held on July 13. Subsequent event and lectures will mainly take place at the Beijing Institute of Mathematical Sciences and Applications (BIMSA), situated in Huairou Science City, approximately an hour’s drive from the city center.

The program spans 13 days and will feature hundreds of lectures, satellite meetings and engaging exchange events. Numerous academicians from China, the United States, and European nations, including Nobel laureate, Fields Medalists, Turing Medal winners, and distinguished scholars, are expected to attend.
